Headache and Migraine

Headache and migraine pain may commonly be caused by spinal vertebra in the neck being out of their proper alignment . This misalignment can affect the nerves, disc, tightneing of muscles, ligaments and tendons of the neck referring pain upwards to cause headache.

Headache and migraine pain would normally be caused by:

  • Physical trauma (such as whiplash and falls)
     
  • Emotional stress
     
  • Nutritional deficiencies

Sometimes even by a combination of all of these factors can cause headache and migraine pain.
